Lauren Rubio

Lauren leads sales and business development efforts, studio operations, and overall management of the LHDS team.

As the daughter of our company’s founders, she has grown up in this industry but didn’t join the company until recently. She brings an impressive 18 years of experience in sales, leadership, and business development, but her greatest strength is her ability to connect people, identify opportunities, and turn relationships into meaningful results. She has a genuine passion for her hometown and a strong appreciation for the design and building community here, but especially for the LH Design Studio brand.

Lauren graduated from Wake Forest University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Spanish. She is the proud mother of “Baby Gus,” as we all know him, who has officially become a kindergartner! She and her husband, Justin,  have also recently taken on the renovation of their new home, just around the corner from her parents—so she is getting a firsthand look at the joys of renovation from both sides of the table!
