Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith serves as Director of Client Experience for Gabriel Builders, where she focuses on building meaningful relationships, expanding into new markets, and guiding clients through the custom home journey. With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury residential construction industry, she brings a deep understanding of both the process and the people behind it.

Known for her approachable, relationship-driven style, Jessica works closely with clients from the earliest stages to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from concept through completion. Her background across both business development and operations allows her to anticipate needs, navigate complexities, and deliver a highly personalized experience.

Outside of work, Jessica is a natural planner who enjoys hosting gatherings, organizing trips, and spending time with her close-knit group of family and friends. She and her husband, Dave, have two children, Jossi and Judah, along with their two four-legged companions. She also enjoys camping at Lake Keowee and is passionate about supporting women in construction through her involvement with the She Built Foundation.
