We have received the 2010 Pinnacle Award in the highest category for our Lake Keowee Home. This means we’re being recognized as part of the crème de la crème in new home designs, construction, sales and merchandising by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina.

The Pinnacle Awards are awarded by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina for outstanding craftsmanship in the construction of quality homes. Gabriel Builders Master Builder Certification

Gus Rubio is a Master Builder. The South Carolina Master Builder program is a professional designation program created by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina to help homeowners to identify exemplary builders who have a proven track record of stability, integrity and service to their buyers. It is designed to improve the professionalism, business management practices, product quality and record of customer service among builders.

To obtain Master Builder certification, Gus was nominated by his peers and satisfied stringent review criteria in areas such as job and financial stability, consumer satisfaction, adherence to accepted building technology standards, customer service and governmental compliance.

Gus Rubio also completed the National Association of Home Builders’ Green Building for Building Professionals course.
